- 4 packages ramen noodles
- 2 Tbs peanut butter
- 1 Tbs Sesame Ginger dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon Asian chili sauce (such as Sriracha or sambal oelek)
- 1/4 cup shredded rotisserie chicken, pork
- chopped scallions
Cook Ramen as directed. Throw away the seasoning packets. Mix together the peanut butter, ginger dressing and chili sauce until combined. Toss the noodles in the sauce. Stir in chicken/pork and scallions.
